Eligibility:
  • The space is open to community-based projects, workshops, and gatherings aligned with our mission and values.
Fee (Rent Charges):
  • Hall charges: 8,000 PKR/hour
  • Cleaning fee: 2,000 PKR (Paid during booking)
  • Refundable security: 20,000/session (Returned after the event)
Operating hours:
  • Weekdays: 3 pm to 9 pm
  • Weekends: 10 am to 10 pm
Access Request Process:
  • Interested parties must submit a formal request for space usage via Edopia's official website. The application should include:
  1. Purpose of the event
  2. Expected attendees (max 30)
  3. Equipment or technical requirements
  4. Preferred dates and times.
Review and Approval:
  • All requests will be reviewed within a specified timeframe based on alignment with our goals, space availability, and guideline adherence.
Priority System:
  • Events contributing significantly to the community may receive priority. Regular users are encouraged to diversify event types.
Duration and Frequency:
  • Events are allowed a maximum duration of 2 hours. Frequency may be limited to ensure fair access.
Code of Conduct:
  • Organizers and attendees must adhere to a code of conduct promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Violations may lead to event termination.
Additional guidelines:
  • Wall decorations must not involve permanent stickers or tapes.
  • The event space must be returned to its original condition after use.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Movement within the venue is restricted to the designated hall area.
  • Attendance is capped at a maximum of 30 individuals.
  • Refreshments are permitted but will incur separate charges.
Resource Usage:
  • Basic resources (seating, internet, standard Audio/Video equipment) provided. Additional resources require approval and may incur charges.
